We understand that current market challenges in the energy transition demand practical and economically viable solutions when it comes to subsea rock installation.
Our services span every stage of rock installation projects, ensuring we provide our customers with safe, sustainable, efficient, and cost-effective solutions. We are passionate about supporting the transition to green energy and are committed to optimizing offshore renewable energy logistics.
At CSL-OWL SRI, our focus is on reducing the levelized cost of energy (LCOE) and minimizing emissions within the offshore renewable sector. Our goal is to serve the offshore wind industry with excellence, anywhere, anytime.
Our foremost priority is the pursuit of zero harm throughout our operations. We are dedicated to safeguarding the health and safety of our workforce, protecting the environment, and ensuring the well-being of all stakeholders involved. Our goal is to ensure that every project is completed without incidents, injuries, or environmental impact.
We achieve this by:
Our commitment to zero harm is not just a policy but a core value that drives our operations every day. We are dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of safety and environmental protection in every project we undertake, ensuring a safe and sustainable future for all.
We are dedicated to supporting our customers throughout the lifecycle of their SRI projects.
We plan, design and engineer offshore solutions tailored to your needs.
Our SRI ships transport and install rocks on the seabed and along cabling routes.
We manage, oversee and streamline your project’s progress.
The low air draught of our SRI ships allows them to easily operate near wind turbines.
The construction of our two new SRI vessels is aligned with the following United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
The introduction of the new vessels will help reduce the levelized cost of energy (LCOE) and emissions for offshore wind parks. This cost reduction makes renewable energy more affordable, thereby accelerating the transition from conventional energy sources to renewable energy.
CSL OWL will leverage technical industry innovation to support direct and indirect offshore wind industry jobs worldwide.
The new vessels will provide a dedicated rock installation solution for offshore wind parks, for both the installation and maintenance of rock beds.
The new vessels will feature a dual fuel propulsion system, enabling the engines to run on traditional marine diesel (MGO) with the ability to run on methanol. In combination with ‘green methanol’ this advanced technology will lower the vessel emissions towards the goal of ‘net-zero’ emissions.
